Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Australian Girl dolls are manufactured from the highest quality materials but sometimes things can go wrong. If you have a concern with a new Australian Girl doll you’ve purchased, please contact us by email: sales@australiangirldoll.com.au
You’ll need to provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase and we may need to see some photos of the issue.
If your request for a return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns due to a change of mind (within 14 days) may be accepted on an individual basis and refunded. Postage will not be refunded and the customer is responsible to pay return shipping to our warehouse. The item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
